In last week\u2019s qualifying final, second placed Roos lost 9.8-62 to third placed Modewarre 13.9-87. Geelong Amateur knocked out Queenscliff in the elimination final by an impressive 36 points. In round one, Anglesea lost to the Ammos by only eight points, but received a 75-point flogging when the two teams met again round nine.
