Warralily has officially turned the first sod at the estate\u2019s newest neighbourhood, the prestigious Warralily Grange at Mount Duneed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Grange will see Warralily extend west across the Surf Coast Highway while blending seamlessly with its hugely successful Warralily Coast, Promenade and Central villages.<\/p>\n

Three stages of construction are approved to commence, with the first two stages now underway and the third stage to start shortly.<\/p>\n

Included will be 149 home allotments and transformation of the first section of Whites Road into an elegant tree-lined entrance accommodating bike paths and public transport.<\/p>\n

Warralily\u2019s $13m investment into initial works at the future 870-lot Grange is a further boost for the local construction industry buoyed by ongoing activity in the Armstrong Creek Growth Area.<\/p>\n

Construction of the first three stages is expected to take 12 months, with land settlements to occur in late-2019.<\/p>\n

The Warralily Grange timeline has been brought forward to match land demand as Warralily reports record sales at the close of the 2017\/18 financial year with 555 lots sold.<\/p>\n

Since the first release of Warralily Grange on February 24, 185 lots have been sold and the sixth stage will be released in coming weeks.<\/p>\n

Warralily estate manager Ben Stewart said that Warralily Grange will be the most premium location in the growth corridor offering the opportunity for sprawling panoramic views, a village lifestyle and ready access to the Surf Coast as well as nearby Geelong CBD.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Grange is currently offering lots between 369sqm up to 886sqm, so we have an option for most buyers seeking to call Mt Duneed home.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Grange has also caught the eye of Melbourne based buyers who have been drawn to Geelong for its relaxed coastal lifestyle and affordability.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Geelong Bypass and Waurn Ponds train station are within easy access, making the location attractive for those commuting to Melbourne for work, and the $20,000 regional first home buyers grant is another significant drawcard.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s exciting to see Warralily\u2019s Armstrong Creek precincts becoming fully established while embarking on the new Grange village, the neighbouring Warralily Coast Estate has recently sold out,\u201d Mr Stewart said.<\/p>\n

\u201cInterest will reach a new level in coming months when the first \u2018hillside\u2019 stage is released at Grange, including generous sized family lots with panoramic views.\u201d<\/p>\n

The highly-sought Mount Duneed neighbourhood includes a future P-6 school, local shops, district ovals and three parks including the 7,500 sqm Grange Village Park characterised by its lofty vista.<\/p>\n
