Selected pools are equipped with the latest aquatic technology, including adjustable swim currents and underwater treadmills, creating the perfect setting for low-impact fitness, rehabilitation, or gentle exercise.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our Pool House is one of the most loved facilities here at Kithbrooke,&#8221; Mel Bogdanovski, village manager at Kithbrooke Park, said. &#8220;Residents tell us how much they enjoy using the pools \u2014 whether it&#8217;s for gentle exercise, recovery, or simply relaxing in warm water.
