Photo: SUPPLIED<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>His silver 2012 Toyota Camry, registration ZIY 223, was found in a car park at the intersection of Hurst Road and Great Ocean Road in Bellbrae.<\/p>\n<p>Local police, SES crews and the Victoria Police Air Wing are continuing to comb the surrounding area in a co-ordinated effort to locate him.<\/p>\n<p>Simon is described as Caucasian in appearance, bald, with facial hair and has a small blue tattoo on his left wrist.
