Four years ago, in the small town of Birravale, Eliza Dacey was murdered.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Within hours, her killer was caught. Or was he? Curtis Wade was convicted on circumstantial evidence and shoddy police work, producer Jack Quick is determined to expose the injustice through a true-crime documentary.<\/p>\n

His audience is enthralled and Jack finds himself in the centre of a viral true crime frenzy. Before the final episode airs, Jack finds an incriminating piece of evidence that could jeopardise the success of the whole series, but at the same time ensure justice is served.<\/p>\n

Riding the high of this new found fame, Jack hides the evidence and Curtis\u2019 conviction is overturned. Then a new victim is found bearing horrifying similarities to the original murder and Jack is faced with the consequences of his actions. Determined to set things right, he returns to Birravale and delves head first into his own investigation.<\/p>\n
