Yet, even for those without ancestral ties, the pipes are inseparable from pageantry, parades and moments of remembrance.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/12\/run4geelong2_87241.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Beyond funeral care, Tuckers proudly supported initiatives across the region, including Run4Geelong.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bagpipe music can feel celebratory and mournful at the same time, making it remarkably versatile.<\/p>\n<p>But it&#8217;s not just the music. The striking uniforms, traditional kilts and synchronised marching bring this living tradition to life.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, Tuckers Funeral and Bereavement Service partnered with the Geelong Highland Pipe Band for a Sunday afternoon performance that drew an enthusiastic crowd.<\/p>\n<p>The weather was perfect, and the atmosphere magical.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The resounding ovation was proof that something special had happened \u2013 and it inspired us to do it again,&#8221; Tuckers&#8217; Alyson said.<\/p>\n<p>Tuckers supported numerous Geelong Highland Pipe Band performances across the region this year, each one sparking laughter, joy, a little dancing and emotional moments of reflection.<\/p>\n<p>Supporting the local community is at the heart of what Tuckers does.
