Last night when I was there it was -16C.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When I was up there dropping off the mail and having a hot chocolate with Santa, he said all the kids have been very good this year.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The children have been looking after each other and smiling, which is always a wonderful way to spend this time of year.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Santa also said there&#8217;s a lot more decorations out this year, which is just terrific.
