A CLEARANCE rate of 57 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 57 per cent the week before and 74 per cent the same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 801 auctions reported to the REIV, with 455 selling and 346 being passed in, 185 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n

Glen Huntly continues to perform well in the auction space, recording 60 sales to date this year compared with 47 at this time last year and a well above average clearance rate of 81 per cent.<\/p>\n

Hayden Real Estate Torquay sold a one-bedroom apartment at 6\/20 Spring Street Torquay for $394,000 and One Agency Torquay sold 75 Spring Valley Drive Torquay for $905,000.<\/p>\n
