For us, we are thrilled to be bringing historic surf culture like this into Baines Crescent,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Up at our other site, people used to come in having done their research and buy, whereas here they still come, but there are more people coming in to check things out and have a feel.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This gives us a lot more opportunity to get in front of the eyes of people. There&#8217;s so many people here which is great.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;What we are offering is very different to many others in this precinct, and we tailor this experience to the customer.
