NATURAL Real Estate has welcomed Adam von Einem into the role of general manager, after working closely with the business behind the scenes as a consultant.<\/p>\n
Mr von Einem has supported director Shaun O’Callaghan and the Natural team for more than two years, helping with structure, systems and leadership as the business continued to grow.<\/p>\n
Over time, it became clear that formalising this support in-house was the right step for both the team and clients.<\/p>\n
“Adam and I actually go way back to high school days,” Mr O’Callaghan said. “Having him on board enables us to run more efficiently and to deliver an even better experience for our clients and our team.”<\/p>\n
In his general manager role, Mr von Einem works closely with Mr O’Callaghan and the wider team, supporting business operations and freeing Shaun to focus on client relationships, mentoring and guiding people through their property journey.<\/p>\n
While Mr von Einem brings broad leadership experience, including senior executive roles at some of Australia’s most well-known brands, his connection to the Surf Coast runs deep.<\/p>\n
“My Dad was an active part of the community, and many of my best memories are tied to Torquay,” Mr von Einem said.<\/p>\n
“Being able to live, work and contribute to a local business that genuinely cares about its people and community means a lot. Natural has a strong culture and values, and my role is really about supporting that, not changing it.<\/p>\n
