see the great range of new home designs on offer and enjoy the family festivities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This premium residential community has already proved popular with buyers and builders.<\/p>\n<p>With six initial display homes having been open from August, builders have been giving buyers a taste of the high quality and stylish homes making up this attractive and welcoming community by the sea.<\/p>\n<p>The display village comprises of 15 homes that have been constructed by some of Australia\u2019s leading residential building specialists, and by well-established and proven local builders.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the experienced and quality builders that are part of the display village include Metricon, Hotondo, Hudson Ridge Builders, Howard and Wade, JM Homes, Sinclair Homes, Surf Coast, Arden Homes, Enso Homes, GJ Gardner, Palladium Homes, JG King, KRE8 Living, Ecooi and Torquay Select Homes.<\/p>\n<p>Bay 93.9 and K rock broadcast from the event live during a four-hour street event with giveaways, giant games, music, live performers, an animal farm, mini golf and face painting.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, African drummers got everyone grooving from midday, and the kids had fun on the jumping castle.<\/p>\n<p>The QUAY2 display village will be open from 11am to 5pm daily, Saturday to Wednesday at Rosser Boulevard Torquay.<\/p>\n<p>For further information, phone
