THE annual Halloween Spook-tacular event at Torquay\u2019s Hilltop Pirate Park on October 31 drew massive crowds once again.<\/p>\n

Hundreds turned out to enjoy an assortment of free activities put on by Quay2, with parents getting into the Halloween spirit alongside the kids.<\/p>\n
