The inaugural sold out Dancing Heads Festival saw thousands hit the Barwon Heads Hotel carpark for a stellar line-up of acts including Client Liaison, Fleetmac Wood and Groove City.<\/p>\n
Managing Director of UNO Events Adam Metwally said the festival was a massive hit that drew a fantastic crowd.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe festival was great with a really good crowd. Vibes were high, and it was a stunning day. Bars got very busy at one point with long waits, between 4-6pm,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe made some adjustments, added some more staff in and turned one of the food traders into a bar and it sorted, after that it was really good.\u201d<\/p>\n
Mr Metwally said they expected to hit a few minor bumps \u2013 with it being the first event of its kind in Barwon Heads\u2013 but all in all thought it was a positive outcome.<\/p>\n
