THE Great Ocean Road Coast Committee (GORCC) will be out on the foreshore for a summer of input into various projects along the Surf Coast.<\/p>\n
The team will be consulting on issues and opportunities for its Coastal Marine Management Plan, which helps shape management of the coast from Point Impossible through to Cumberland River.<\/p>\n
GORCC will also be consulting on:
\n\u2022 Lorne Foreshore Master Plan
\n\u2022 Erskine Paddock Landscape Plan
\n\u2022 Point Impossible to Jan Juc Master Plan
\n\u2022 Taylor Park Master Plan
\n\u2022 Anglesea Family Caravan Park Master Plan.<\/p>\n
GORCC chair Ken Northwood said community input and knowledge were critical to the future management of the coast.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re progressing a number of plans this summer while everyone is out enjoying the coast to maximise opportunities for input.\u201d<\/p>\n
He said the plans will help to direct future investment into the coast.<\/p>\n
