RESIDENTS in The Quay have it made in the shade with the opening of a new shade structure at the estate’s reserve. The project, which created a shelter near the barbecue at the reserve, was initially proposed by The Quay Residents Association and also received funding from the Surf Coast Shire, RACV Torquay Resort and Torquay Community Enterprise. Landmark Products was awarded the construction contract.
