Drink Arts Food Torquay is a fun filled weekend held from October 6-8.<\/p>\n
The not-for-profit community event celebrates everything local, including products, food, art and music.<\/p>\n
Over the weekend, the Torquay Celebration lunch will be held on the Saturday from 1-4pm with a three-course meal created by three local restaurants and chefs including Ole Mexican, and the Surf Coast Hotel.<\/p>\n
The lunch is all inclusive with wine from Bellbrae Estate, beer from Blackmans Brewery and Forbidden Fruit ciders from Prickly Moses.<\/p>\n
A ticket to the celebration lunch will also give event participants unlimited rides on the Bells Brewing Party Bus on the Friday evening and free entry into the Fiesta on October 8.<\/p>\n
Live Music will be provided for entertainment throughout the lunch and guests also have a chance to vote for their favourite local artist in the DAFT Art Competition.<\/p>\n
The lunch will be held at the Surf Coast Hotel (Wyndham Resort), 100 The Esplanade Torquay.<\/p>\n
Tickets for the three-course meal with local wine and beer, a live band, an art competition and fabulous prizes to win, along with a raffle incorporating all local businesses costs $89 per person.<\/p>\n
After the wining and dining, the party continues downstairs from 4pm at the Pool Bar at Wyndham Resort for the official Torquay Celebration after-party with live music by the pool \u2013 entry is free.<\/p>\n
