ANOTHER fantastic week of golf has been done and dusted at Curlewis. The course is still in fantastic condition despite the lack of rain we have had. Hopefully a nice downpour is on the horizon shortly.<\/p>\n
We encourage all members and guests to come out on course and make the most of the last couple of weeks of daylight savings!<\/p>\n

Sunday March 10 \u2013 Mixed Stableford, 54 players – Adam Veenvliet (15) scored 42 to beat visitor Matthew Genever (23-Chirnside Park) 40.<\/p>\n
Monday March 11 \u2013 Men\u2019s Stableford, 100 Players \u2013 A) Joshua Hutley (15) scored well with 43 from Tom Delahunty (16) 40. Round of the day went to wily veteran Pater Lewis (29) with 45 from Paul Kelly (21) 42.<\/p>\n
Women, 23 players \u2013 Bernadette Thomas (11) won by 3 with 38 from Gael Charman (11) 35. NTP: 8th \u2013 Joseph Ryan, 17th \u2013 And Golden Shot Winner \u2013 Ben Bowers (1.17m & $100).<\/p>\n
Wednesday March 13 \u2013 Men\u2019s Stableford, 154 players – A) Jarman Reid (13) 42; Peter Featherston (10) 40. B) Sam Jefferies (19) went one better with 43; Damian Myers (17) 41. C) Dean Anderson (23) also shot 43 with Phillip Curtain (24) following on 42 countback.<\/p>\n

Thursday March 14 \u2013 Women\u2019s Irish 4 Ball, 96 players – The team made up of Tess Cornelius, Fiona Fitzpatrick, Pam McDonald and Helen Beales came out on top with a fantastic score of 109. It was great to see so many ladies from other club far and wide come out and support the event! We look forward to seeing them all again next year.<\/p>\n
Saturday, March 16 \u2013 Men\u2019s Quarterly Medal Stroke, 165 players – A) Kevin Wheeler (7) was an early leader with 67 from Steve McNamara (3) 68 C\/B. B) Matthew Luttrell (12) is our Quarterly Medallist after a masterful round of 65. Steve Seear (14) was close behind on 66.<\/p>\n
C) Visitor Nick Powner (26 \u2013 SGA) must have enjoyed the course with his 64; Sam Grigg (20) followed with 67.<\/p>\n
