A clearance rate of 57 per cent was recorded over the weekend, compared to 52 per cent the week before and 68 per cent the same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 628 auctions reported to the REIV, with 358 selling and 270 being passed in, 146 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n
