A clearance rate of 58 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 62 per cent last week and 67 per cent the same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 550 auctions reported to the REIV, with 321 selling and 229 being passed in, 129 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n
