A clearance rate of 53 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 58 per cent last week and 67 per cent this same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 682 auctions reported to the REIV, with 362 selling and 320 being passed in, 166 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n
