A clearance rate of 58 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 54 per cent last week and 69 per cent the same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 643 auctions reported to the REIV, with 372 selling and 271 being passed in, 163 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n

Chadstone\u2019s auction market has more than doubled its performance so far in 2019 compared to the same period last year, recording 10 auction sales and a 77 per cent clearance rate compared with four sales and 36 per cent clearance rate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
