\u201cWe are always trying to better what we do at JM Homes and our latest construction method as of April this year is to build all of our frames using LVL studs as opposed to traditional pine.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis gives us as the builder a stronger, straighter and far superior frame to that of the traditional framework.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt does cost us more to frame with this method, but we feel that the investment is worth every dollar in the overall build.<\/p>\n
