A clearance rate of 60 per cent was\u00a0 recorded over the weekend compared to 62 per cent last week and 63 per cent this same week last year.<\/p>\n

There were 383 auctions reported to the REIV, with 229 selling and 154 being passed in, 68 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n
