It\u2019s Villawood\u2019s birthday! If you\u2019ve driven along the Geelong Ring Road the past few weeks, you may have noticed our new letters on the hilltop celebrating Villawood turning 30.<\/p>\n
The past 30 years have been an amazing blur of exciting new communities, ingenious new partnerships, ground-breaking developments and cutting-edge customer experiences for Villawood.<\/p>\n
The Villawood story began in 1989, with a 30-lot sub-division in Bendigo. A syndicate of 16 friends and associates pooled their funds, knowledge and resources to deliver the cul-de-sac named Eaglehawk.<\/p>\n
Villawood\u2019s expertise has grown extensively since its first development, but we still approach each relationship, partnership or joint venture with the same level of respect, passion and camaraderie.<\/p>\n
Following five further successful Bendigo projects in its first decade, Villawood expanded into metropolitan Melbourne in 1999. To date, Villawood boasts a portfolio of more than 50 completed residential projects.<\/p>\n
Today, Villawood Properties predominantly concentrates on largescale masterplanned communities which incorporate a combination of mixed-use town centres, residents\u2019 clubs, educational facilities, large display villages and the creation of high-quality parks and open spaces.<\/p>\n
Armstrong is Villawood\u2019s flagship in this regard, with a variety of industry awards to its credit including a prestigious Urban Development Institute of Australia masterplanned community award.<\/p>\n
Over 30 years, Villawood has grown to become one of the most trusted residential land developers in Australia, with a legacy innovative, community focused developments spanning the eastern seaboard.<\/p>\n
