Managing his own business, BlueGum Horticulture and Landscaping out of Ocean Grove, Steven takes pride in servicing the Bellarine, Surf Coast and Geelong region having lived locally for about 25 years.<\/p>\n
Steven, who holds a diploma in horticulture, believes his line of work is more than a job, it\u2019s a passion.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s creative, rewarding and hands-on. It\u2019s also nice to think that something I created will grow and live for years while fulfilling the clients\u2019 needs,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy passion and trade are creating lush gardens and peaceful outdoor spaces for a modern lifestyle. I bring nature back to the domestic setting while focusing on what the client wants out of their garden.\u201d<\/p>\n
Operating five days a week from Monday to Friday, BlueGum Horticulture and Landscaping offers garden design, lawn and garden maintenance, garden landscaping and horticultural problem solving.<\/p>\n
A self-described native enthusiast, Steven said what separates him from other landscapers in the region is his diploma level knowledge of horticulture.<\/p>\n
Steven puts this skillset into practice to create drought tolerant gardens using rare and unusual plants. He said he can also help to solve difficult garden problems such as tomato plants not fruiting or leaves on a lemon tree turning yellow.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere is no project too big or small. Every garden has my full attention and won\u2019t be completed until we\u2019re both satisfied. Tomatoes not fruiting, poor drainage or pooling water, we are here to help. Guaranteed diagnosis or no fee,\u201d said Steven.<\/p>\n
\u201cI will work with the client from concept to design through installation and then maintenance.\u201d<\/p>\n
Although his business venture is relatively new, Steven has been working in the area for over a decade and loves the casual lifestyle the region is renowned for.<\/p>\n
