Some of the shore anglers also caught a few nice fish.

The Winning Angler was Ric Addison with a nice snapper (3490 points), while Runner Up was Richard Coghlan with a snapper (2690 points), and third was Keith Miller also with a snapper (2660 points).

Following the trophy presentation everyone enjoyed a scrumptious roast beef lunch.

Later that day the club held the inaugural WORLD SAUSAGE ROLL CHAMPIONSHIPS which was a draw between Emily Miller and the winner of the fishing competition Ric Addison, so Ric had a hugely successful day.

The winner of the WORLD CONDIMENT CHAMPIONSHIP was Dawn Pitt.

If you are an angling club and you wish to let people know what’s going on within your club as well as help promote your club, email mybigcatch@bigpond.com and we will post your club news here.

PHOTOS

I would also like to remind everyone to keep those photos coming in of your big catch!
