Another wild week of weather has greeted us! With some terrible conditions prominent throughout the week scoring was tough in general as we saw reduced fields. Hopefully some nicer weather isn\u2019t far away as we head towards spring.<\/p>\n

As a long winter begins to wind down, we are turning our attention towards our 49th<\/sup> annual open week. Running from Wednesday October 16 through till the Saturday October 19, we are excited that both men and women will have the opportunity to play every day of the open week with slight changes to the structure of the week. Please make sure you get your entry in as spots are filling up fast.<\/p>\n

Eagles: <\/strong>Don Lymer on the 16th<\/sup> on Wednesday.\u00a0 Saturday \u2013 Allan Ordona 7th and Shaun Gilbert 14th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Monday August 12<\/strong>:\u00a0 Men S\u2019Ford: \u00a047 Players \u2013 The very soggy conditions made scoring a lot more difficult but that didn\u2019t stop Harvey Webb (21) from scoring 39. Next best was Dennis Burns (17) on 33.\u00a0\u00a0 Women:\u00a0 11 Players \u2013 Pip Williams (15) 30; Jay Magee (14) 29 C\/B.<\/p>\n
