Thanks to all members who supported in their pink outfits \u2013 the fashions on the field was hotly contested! The A Grade Winner was Alan Foster with 41 points from runner-up Ian Treloar who finished with 38 points. The B Grade winner was Keith Turner with 42 points while Geoff Trethowan finished runner-up with 39 points. Graeme Mills took a real liking to the big holes and won C Grade with his impressive score of 46 points. Jim Whan finished runner-up with 40. Ball rundown to 37 points on countback. It was the Women\u2019s turn to play big hole golf on Thursday October 12, a Par event in support of the McGrath Foundation. The course, proshop and clubhouse looked great in pink. The A Grade winner was Sue Bowler with +1, while Janet Coombes finished Runner-up with -1. Margot Paton won B Grade with +3, while Veronica Shaw finished runner-up with square. Biddy Tuohey won C Grade with +2 on a countback from runner-up Pam Ledgerd. Ball rundown to square on a countback. NTPs: 3rd Sue Bowler, 13th Julie Taylor, 16th Veronica Shaw. Stableford was played by the Men and Women on Saturday October 14 with the Men playing for their Monthly Medal. The Men\u2019s A Grade Winner was Darren Turner with the day\u2019s best score of 43 points (and even par round off his 7 handicap). Tony Speed finished runner-up with his score of 37 points. The B Grade winner was Mario Tutone with 38 points from runner-up James McLeod who had 37 points. David Griffiths won C Grade with 36 points from runner-up John Smith 34 points on a countback. The 63rd Annual Tournament starts on Sunday October 22 and concludes Sunday October 29 with a range of events. Members wishing to make late entries should contact the office as soon as possible.
