THE very popular pre-Christmas ladies\u2019 tournament is set to take place at Geelong Lawn Tennis Club<\/a> on Tuesday, December 3, starting at 9.30am.<\/p>\n

Played on the superb grass courts at Geelong Lawn, the tournament continues to grow in popularity every year.<\/p>\n

One of the reasons for this is that most of the ladies know each other or at least have met or played matches with them in the ladies midweek competition, which concluded with the grand final matches on Tuesday of this week.<\/p>\n

Players will have three sets of doubles, all played on grass, with entries restricted to 96. The $30 entry fee includes lunch and afternoon tea. There will also be heaps of tennis gear from Surf Coast Racquets as well as other stalls.<\/p>\n

Look out for Beris Marshall\u2019s amazing floral arrangement, too.<\/p>\n
