Construction is now underway at over-50s community Lifestyle Ocean Grove.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Located in the Kingston Ocean Grove Estate, the ground work is now being laid for 194 new homes, five-star resort-style facilities and a secure community environment for working, semi-retired and retired people aged over 50.<\/p>\n

Using local construction expertise, Lifestyle Ocean Grove has one of the Geelong region\u2019s top civil constructors, Wellams Constructions, onsite doing bulk earthworks.<\/p>\n

The experienced team is preparing the ground for the installation of gas, water, sewerage, stormwater drainage, roads, electricity and the NBN.<\/p>\n

Local engineers TGM have planned and designed all the works and have a superintendent overseeing construction.<\/p>\n

Lifestyle Ocean Grove project manager David Boekel said that they were very happy to kick off the construction phase of this project.<\/p>\n
