RENOWNED chef and Melbourne culinary icon Jacques Reymond will again tie on the apron to headline the Apollo Bay Seafood Festival next weekend.<\/p>\n
The multi-Chef Hatted talent will treat festival attendees to a 45-minute cooking demonstration featuring a range of fresh, locally caught and produced ingredients.<\/p>\n
Mr Reymond has achieved respect and recognition worldwide for his innovative cuisine, reaching the pinnacle of his career with his 80th chef\u2019s hat, and continues to embark on groundbreaking culinary adventures.<\/p>\n
Mr Reymond said he\u2019s looking forward to showcasing Apollo Bay as a leading seafood destination.<\/p>\n

Colac Otway Shire mayor Frank Buchanan said he was thrilled to welcome such an extraordinary talent back to the festival.<\/p>\n

Staged on the Apollo Bay foreshore on Saturday February 20 from 10am-9pm, the Apollo Bay Seafood Festival is a family-friendly day featuring cooking demonstrations, live entertainment, market stalls and local seafood and produce.<\/p>\n
The festival was launched in 2011 to establish Apollo Bay as a sustainable seafood destination feast and showcases a wide range of quality Otway produce.<\/p>\n
