The same goes for junk foods and soft drinks \u2013 even crunching the ice at the bottom of your glass can cause issues. Try to avoid white wine, as the high acidity levels can make teeth more susceptible to stains from darker foods<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Perfect Your Brushing Routine<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>You probably already know: brush twice a day, floss, rinse, repeat.
