Metricon regional west manager Simon Taylor said the company found that many customers came to them because they loved their local area \u2013 the school their kids attend and all the local amenities \u2013 but the home they were living in just did not meet their needs any more; maybe it was too small, or simply outdated.<\/p>\n

\u201cA knock down rebuild is a great way to build your dream home without sacrificing your location.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt our Geelong BuildSmart event, we will discuss how Metricon makes the knock down rebuild process easy, so you can enjoy building your dream home right where you want it.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur customers receive the attention of specialised individuals who can explain every step of the process, and who know the local area and can best cater to Geelong locals\u2019 needs.\u201d<\/p>\n

He said attendees would also learn how to choose a home design to fit their block, and how to take advantage of Metricon’s free site appraisal.<\/p>\n
