Numerous lifestyle-enhancing activities that you can choose to be involved in, for example; a singing group, line dancing, bowls, bocce, croquet, walking group, billiards, card games, bingo, art, craft, happy hour and social events.<br \/>\nThe beautiful landscaped gardens are enhanced by a bowling green, bocce court, croquet court and a lovely enclosed BBQ area. Caravan and boat storage is available.<br \/>\nResidents Maureen and Terry have lived at Kensington Retirement Village for nine years and enjoy feeling settled and being part of the community.<br \/>\n\u201cAll residents are known to each other and when new residents arrive a warm welcome is there and help is always at hand,\u201d Maureen and Terry said.<br \/>\n\u201cOur homes are energy efficient, larger rooms with wide entry and internal doors, enabling easy movement around the home. There are no steps in the village and our mailboxes are at the end of each street. No driving to the clubhouse to get your mail.<br \/>\n\u201cWe have many small activity groups, and residents can always find one or two that takes their fancy, even pottering in the village grounds with a bit of gardening, pruning etc.<br \/>\n\u201cWhen times are not going well for one of our village friends, there is always help on offer which maybe a meal, driving or just a cuppa, smile or hug to make someone feel better.
