<\/p>\nONE Agency Surf Coast is calling all amateur and professional local photographers.
\nFollowing from the success of last year\u2019s inaugural calendar photo competition, the agency is calling out to all photography enthusiasts to submit their favourite scenic shots.
\n\u201cAfter being inspired by all the amazing photos of the area that we regularly see on Instagram we took a punt on running a calendar competition last year \u2013 and the response we had was fantastic,\u201d One Agency Surf Coast Director Shaun O\u2019Callaghan said.
\n\u201cSo we\u2019ve decided to run it again this year and we\u2019re encouraging all amateur and professional photographers who love life down here on the Surf Coast to get involved,\u201d Mr O\u2019Callaghan.
\nLast year\u2019s photo competition attracted more than 200 entries, with 13 winning shots forming the foundation of a high-quality calendar that was given away by One Agency to 3000 local people and businesses.
\n\u201cOnce again, we\u2019re inviting people to show us what they love about Torquay, Jan Juc, Bellbrae and Bells Beach.\u201d
\n\u201cNaturally, shots of the ocean and our shorelines are popular choices \u2013 but equally it can be of a different landscape or detail in 3228 that inspires you. There\u2019s no shortage of awesome spots to photograph.\u201d
\nMr O\u2019Callaghan said renowned local photographer Ed Sloane would be judging this year\u2019s competition again, and photos could be taken on a camera or even on a phone \u2013 \u201cjust as long as they\u2019re suitable for print quality at A4 size\u201d.
\nTo enter, email low resolution versions of your photo(s) \u2013 along with the photo location(s), your name, email and phone number \u2013 to torquay@oneagency.com.au by Sunday September 20 2020.
\nThirteen images will be selected to appear in the One Agency Surf Coast 2021 calendar with a photo credit to the winning photographers, plus social media and other promotion.
\nThe calendars will be given to local homes and businesses towards the end of this year.
