Their professional hospitality and chef experience includes several years working aboard private yachts.<\/p>\n<p>Peppered Goat is their first business together, and they expect to employ up to 15 staff.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re bringing an exciting new style of healthy takeaway but without the boring,\u201d Ms Redfern said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re going to be slow-roasting lamb, rotisserie chicken and lots of different flavours.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There will be a huge range of salads, from light to a substantial meal for healthy and dietary conscious person that will be available every day.<\/p>\n<p>There are gluten-free options, something for the vegetarian, something for the vegan, something for the paleo, and really good coffee.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve got some brilliant international flavours so it\u2019s quite exciting to bring them to people here. The flavours and tastes are influenced by when we lived away and discovered some stunning food.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A lot of people lead busy lives or work in the city, so can phone ahead to Peppered Goat and place orders or pickup and dinner is sorted. Peppered Goat packs are all styled for this in mind and the idea is to all sit down together and devour.<\/p>\n<p>The pair loves their Warralily home.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe wanted to have a business here, we can see the potential, we want to hire locals. We just want to support the local community as well as have our business here,\u201d Ms Fawcett said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe looked at quite a few other locations in the extended area locally but in the end, we just kept coming back to here.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Village Warralily is coming together really nicely, it\u2019s a great mix of shops and it gives the locals a nice experience. It\u2019s a beautiful space they\u2019ve created, it\u2019s friendly and relaxing with the seating, and the way they have visually done it is very appealing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe just want everyone to come in and say hi and experience great food.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Village Warralily has welcomed its first tranche of locally owned-and-run businesses.
