\nDSR 72 Blue. Nice size field today with 72 total participants. Peter Robertson (18) really made the seas part with 44 points over John McKoy (10) on 41 points.<\/p>\n

Thursday Ladies<\/strong>
\nNo competition<\/p>\n

Men Saturday Stableford<\/strong>
\nDSR 72 Blue. A decent field of 98 ready and willing competitors. A Grade \u2013 Calem Hoffmann (4) decided to have a big breakfast to keep his strength, pencilled 38 total points over Paul Allen (4) with a total of 37 points. Paul, maybe try a big breakfast next week.<\/p>\n

B Grade \u2013 Noel Mullen (16) with 40 points over Darrel Nash (14) on 38 total points.<\/p>\n

C Grade \u2013 Nathan Kerr (24) on 40 points over Hayden Coles (26) on 39 total points. Eagles Nest was performed by Peter Cottam ((4.4) on hole 3. Nearest to pin on the 5th hole \u2013 Neil Phillips, 7th hole \u2013 Noel Mullen, 13th \u2013 Mike Fleming and finally on the 17th \u2013 Paul Binyon.<\/p>\n

Ladies Saturday Stableford<\/strong>
\nDSR 73 Red. What a day for The Sands Ladies. Out and enjoying the sport. Total of nine strong participants with Marg Hales (8.9) keeping her head just above the field by scoring 34 points on countback over Lynne Hyett (22.6) with 34 points. Nearest to the Pin on the 7th belongs to Paulette Payne (24.8)<\/p>\n

Sunday Stableford Medley<\/strong>
\nDSR 71 White. With excellent playing conditions and a very tight field of 23 participants all added up to a fantastic day for a club favourite Alan Hartley (10) showing all the time on the practice greens has paid off nicely and posting 38 points countback over a worthy runner-up Don Clutterham (17.9). Great to see smiles all around. Black Tee round five also in the books with Brett King (14.2) scoring 37 points over Jason Cranny (6.1) with 33 points. Longest drive for the day on hole 3 went to Brett King. Well done Brett<\/p>\n

Final note<\/strong>
\nThe Sands Golf Operations said goodbye to a very talented Manager, Alex Makkreel. We wish your next chapter all the best, you deserve it.<\/p>\n
