Photo: Victoria Police.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Since October 23, 10 fires have been confirmed in the areas surrounding Grandview Road with another suspected to be lit today (Wednesday, January 27)<\/p>\n<p>The series of arsons included several scrub and structure fires, with CCTV footage depicting a young man believed to be responsible.<\/p>\n<p>Police say the man has been seen using flammable liquid to light fires in Grandview Road and Central Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency services attended a fire at Deep Creek Park, Torquay this morning with the Arson Squad investigating the matter.<\/p>\n<p>The fire has caused extensive damage to the playground with the area temporarily fenced off until repairs can be completed.
