When they outgrew their family home in a seller\u2019s market, it took some clever debt planning and years of long-term compounding growth to ensure they could buy without compromising their retirement.<\/p>\n<p>They are now raising their family within a stone\u2019s throw of Point Roadknight beach and have a successful investment portfolio including a rental \u2013 all set to enjoy their beachside retirement.<\/p>\n<p>This is one of the many examples we see from clients who sow the seeds early, so they can enjoy their dream life down the track.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How can we capitalise on the property market boom?<\/strong><br \/>\nWith house prices soaring, it has given many of our clients an opportunity to kickstart their retirement.<\/p>\n<p>As an example, a couple came to us in 2012 wanting to retire between Queensland and Victoria. We made some important changes to their superannuation and tailored an investment portfolio, seeing some impressive returns.<\/p>\n<p>Capitalising on the property boom, they downsized their coastal property and purchased two homes, one in Queensland and one on the Surf Coast.<\/p>\n<p>Their surplus funds and compounding investments were injected into their super, creating a healthy retirement nest egg.<\/p>\n<p>They now enjoy retirement, following the sun along the coast.<\/p>\n<p>No matter what stage of life you\u2019re at, it\u2019s never too early or late to achieve your dream lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>We work with clients to understand their goals, and together, pave the way.
