What would I make? Who would like it? How would I do it?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll those questions people have when they start something new. Personally, I believe that what\u2019s meant for you won\u2019t pass you by. I also knew that if I didn\u2019t give my vision the shot it deserved, I\u2019d always wonder. And then while reattaching them if I touched one another one would move and I\u2019d have to reattach that one.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt absolutely tested my sanity, but when it was done, I was so glad to have pushed through.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A keen student of science at school, Cynthia studied Food Science\/Nutrition at university.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-58483 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/timesnewsgroup.com.au\/surfcoasttimes\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/09\/FB0C7CAE-4061-403A-AA02-991538DF836D-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/09\/FB0C7CAE-4061-403A-AA02-991538DF836D-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/09\/FB0C7CAE-4061-403A-AA02-991538DF836D.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe spent an entire semester studying confectionery and experimenting with the different stages of cooking sugar,\u201d she says. \u201cI was in my element.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She is now drawing on those learnings as she experiments with new ideas to delight customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m really enjoying decorating cookies,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve learnt a lot through trial and error.
