WITH just six lots remaining until sell out at one of the Surf Coast\u2019s most desired subdivisions, the second-last auction for Blvd Torquay is shaping up to be the biggest, with three of the largest available lots set to go under the hammer on January 12.<\/p>\n
Property Exchange Group managing director and Blvd Torquay selling agent Alex Lyons said that all previous stages had sold out in spectacular fashion, and interest in the project has gone to another level with site construction underway.<\/p>\n
