A clearance rate of 88 per cent was recorded this week compared to 87 per cent last week and 72 per cent this same time last year.<\/p>\n

There were 911 auctions reported to the REIV, with 803 selling and 108 being passed in, 41 of those on a vendor bid.<\/p>\n

There were more than 6,400 properties went into auction for the September quarter and clearance rate of 89 per cent, led by Reservoir with 105 auction sales.<\/p>\n
