With a crowd of more than 80 people looking on, bidding for 34 Darian Road, Torquay, started at $1,050,000 and quickly surpassed the reserve price of $1,150,000 with six active bidders placing 33 bids until the hammer fell at $1,455,000 seeing a Torquay local acquire the property.<\/p>\n
