Photo: NATHAN RIVALLAND<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mr Bart said the last year of business had been challenging due to the pandemic, however the journey has been filled with happiness and support.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOpening during the pandemic was certainly challenging, however very rewarding at the same time,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe support from the local community has been absolutely amazing and we have been so rapt with the feedback from locals as well as people visiting from Canada.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s pretty nice to hear from visiting Canadians that the bakery makes them feel like they are right at home.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30038\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30038\" style=\"width: 496px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30038\" src=\"https:\/\/static.timesnewsgroup.com.au\/prod\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/IMG_2489_45233.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"496\" height=\"331\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-30038\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Plenty of goodness inside the cabinet.
