According to The Coaching Directory, coaching has been around for decades, but the explosion over the past decade has made the industry one of the fastest growing professions globally.<\/p>\n

While there is an increasing demand for coaches to support people, the real driver behind this rapid growth relates to the industry being unregulated.<\/p>\n

Vulnerable people are getting taken advantage of because the coaching industry has no overseeing body or minimal training requirements, and this has led to an explosion of unqualified coaches entering the market.<\/p>\n
