Yoga enthusiasts are invited to deepen their own practice or take the first steps to becoming a professional yoga teacher through Sally Louise Yoga\u2019s Teacher Training course.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sally will be accepting an intake for the specialised course this month, which includes a weekly face-to-face tutorial, access to the complete online course, complimentary access to online yoga classes and ongoing support throughout the duration of the course.<\/p>\n

Participants will also have the option to participate in the Sally Louise Yoga mentor program, and the possibility of becoming involved as a teacher at their Gilbert Street studio.<\/p>\n

Upon completion of the course, participants will be fully qualified and able to be insured to instruct hatha yoga.<\/p>\n

Sally said the course provides a pathway to a career in yoga for some, and an immersive experience for others.<\/p>\n

\u201cSome people want to become teachers and others simply want to expand and deepen their practice.<\/p>\n

\u201cUltimately the course provides students with a thorough education for a safe and most effective yoga practice. A lot of people practise yoga, but very few truly understand what each posture is about. Our students graduate with the life-long tools to help create good health through yoga.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sally Louise Yoga has a well established studio on Gilbert Street, in Torquay, offering a wide variety of classes with a range of teachers.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re so grateful to the community for embracing and supporting us,\u201d Sally said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s really become a yoga school for everyone \u2013 from beginners through to teachers, everyone is welcome.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you\u2019re a beginner and aren\u2019t comfortable sitting on the floor, we can use chairs or the wall to help, there\u2019s always a way to ease into the practice.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would encourage anyone to come and take a class. It\u2019s such a great way to do something positive for yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sally Louise Yoga is a boutique studio so classes are small in size, and cater to people of all levels of experience. They offer an introductory special which includes one month of unlimited classes for just $49.<\/p>\n
