Minister for Ports and Freight Melissa Horne said.<\/p>\n<p>The state government is also putting funding towards repairs to be carried out on the Apollo Bay Lee Breakwater, with planning for the project under way.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These upgrades benefit the entire community \u2013 keeping Apollo Bay Harbour safe, as well as improving access for all vessels,&#8221;
