CHILD\u2019S Play Early Learning Centre Torquay is a family-owned and operated childcare service that opened late last year.<\/p>\n
The purpose-built beautiful facility accommodates 141 children from six weeks to six years old, operating between 6.30am-6.30pm weekdays.<\/p>\n
Child\u2019s Play Early Learning Centre Torquay will be hosting a Family Fun Market Day on Saturday March 3 from 10am till 2pm.<\/p>\n
The market day will also give visitors the chance to talk to educators and meet Child\u2019s Play Torquay centre director Beckk, owner Ian and other staff members.<\/p>\n
Event organiser and Child\u2019s Play Torquay staff member Julie is really looking forward to welcoming families to the centre in an informal and relaxed environment.<\/p>\n
\u201cSome families have never been in care before so this is a way for them to venture in and have look without feeling committed to signing up for something,\u201d Julie said.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt can be a bit daunting when it\u2019s your first time looking at childcare and not sure what to expect, so this way families can talk to the staff without feeling pressure to.\u201d<\/p>\n
There will be around 12 organisations participating in the market day, including Bunnings, Thermomix, Aussie Farmers Direct, Salt of the Earth and Little Threads Boutique among other business.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe wanted to give visitors a variety at the market,\u201d Julie said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re hoping to build our relationship within the community and know markets are very popular in Torquay.\u201d<\/p>\n
Anyone is welcome to attend the event on March 3, at the centre at 1 Pintail Drive, Torquay.<\/p>\n
