No boxing experience or boxing equipment is necessary.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re simply asking you to throw as many strikes as you can, over the first two weeks of December.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Join Aussies across the country to Strike Out Suicide \u2013 a great way to advance your fitness, improve your mood, reduce stress and benefit your mental health.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The more strikes you throw, the more you \u2013 and everyone around you \u2013 prospers. Record your sessions, keep track of your strikes and share with your networks. Seek donations, find sponsors and have an impact on mental health.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Feel free to take part on your own or rally up some friends, family or work colleagues and start striking.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Funds raised will support the Good Blokes Society, helping men to connect, and openly discuss their mental well-being.<\/p>\n<p>Registrations for Strike Out Suicide are live.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Would you like a world without suicide?
