Bellarine After one year of operation, The Bellarine Smoked Fish Company entered their range of products in the 2016 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show (Aquaculture division), where many smokehouses from several states vie for recognition from their peers.<br \/>\nTheir results included: Gold medal for Smoked Salmon Pate and first in their category, Silver Medal for their Smoked Rainbow Trout and first in their category, Silver Medal for their Smoked Tasmanian Salmon and second in their category, Bronze Medal for their Ocean Trout and third in their category Their premium New Zealand King Salmon product, which is a customer favourite at markets, could not be judged as it is not Australian produce.<br \/>\nAll products are hot-smoked, meaning they are cooked while in the smoking process.<br \/>\nThis results in a delicious ready-to-eat product that is a great addition to pastas, risottos, salads, platters and many other dishes.<br \/>\nThe Bellarine Smoked Fish Company\u2019s mission is to become synonymous with Geelong and the Surf Coast.<br \/>\nFor retail sales and updated farmers\u2019 market locations, phone Jarron Mason on 0414 019 036 or Pamela Lobo 0434 562 385, or email admin@bellasmokedfish. com.au.<br \/>\nAlternatively, follow their Facebook page (facebook.com\/bellasmokedfish) for regular updates, locations and recipe ideas.<br \/>\nFor all local wholesale opportunities within the Geelong and Surf Coast region, contact GB Foods.
